As an advocate, an attorney must make full use of his or her abilities to pursue the course of action that will obtain the best possible result for the client.

An active participant in his community and church, Mr. Schroeder is a member of the Janesville Lions Club, a member of the Board of Directors of Janesville Youth Football, a past member of the Board of Directors of Rock County Habitat for Humanity, and a past member of the Janesville Jaycees. He is also a past chairperson of the Administrative Council of Cargill United Methodist Church, past chairperson of Cargill United Methodist Foundation, and a former leader in Cub Scout Pack 424, Janesville.

He enjoys hunting, fishing, and music. When time permits, he also enjoys a good book.
